Request for Proposals – Roof Replacement

Churchill County School District is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Churchill County Middle School (CCMS) Roof Replacement Project, PWP No. CH-2026-523.

The project generally includes removal of the existing roof and replacement with a new roof at Churchill County Middle School, located at 650 S. Maine Street in Fallon.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at CCMS. Attendance is mandatory for bidders, subcontractors, and other interested parties.

  • Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: September 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
  • Sealed Bid Deadline: September 22, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
  • Public Bid Opening: October 20, 2026

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Churchill County School District Superintendent's Office, 690 S. Maine Street, Fallon, NV 89406.
