1. The Superintendent will not lower academic standards.

2. The Superintendent will not allow reading to drop below current levels.

3. The Superintendent will not allow inequitable treatment of students.

4. The Superintendent will not allow unsatisfactory employee performance to

go unaddressed.

5. Superintendent will not make major decisions without engagement with

the relevant stakeholders and the Board.
