Welcome to Churchill County School District

It is an honor to serve as the new Superintendent of Churchill County School District. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to join a district and a community with such strong traditions, proud values, and a commitment to supporting every student.

My roots in Fallon go back more than a century, and this community has always been part of my family’s story. Returning here as an educator and leader is both a professional milestone and a personal privilege. I believe deeply in the strength of our schools, our families, and the partnerships that make Churchill County such a special place to learn and grow.

As we move forward together, my focus will remain on student success in all its forms, including academic achievement, attendance, graduation, and preparation for life beyond high school. Just as important, I believe our schools must continue to reflect the heart of this community: its people, its values, and its unique identity. Our students are not defined by data alone. They are defined by their potential, their experiences, and the support we provide along the way.

I look forward to listening, learning, and working alongside our educators, staff, families, and community partners. Together, we will honor the traditions that built this district while preparing our students for their future.

Blake Cooper
Superintendent
